Admissions Online

We are delighted that you are applying to Cross Schools.  Please follow the instructions below to submit your child's application.

 

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

 

2. Click to Start Application 

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data, as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

 

3. Complete, Review and Submit Your Admissions Application

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit" and your application will be officially submitted to our Admissions Office. 

 

4. Request/Submit Required Documents (Grades K-12)

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office.   

  • Submit your child's Academic Records for the past 2 years.  You can submit copies of your own records to us via email or uploading them to your application -  or you can reach out to your child's current school and have the records emailed to:  Kelly Kimball - k.kimball@CrossSchools.org
  • For Students Applying to Grades 7-11: Please submit a 1-2 page writing sample that has been graded by a teacher.  

5.  Schedule your child's Shadow Morning, Entrance Testing, and Parent and Student Interviews. (Grades K-12)

Once your child's application has been received, we will reach out to schedule these appointments.  For Shadow Mornings, you child will be our honored guest for a morning of classes in their current grade level, and their day will finish with admissions interviews and entrance testing.  Parent Admissions Interviews are scheduled in the days after the the Shadow Morning - once a child's admissions file is complete.


After all of the above steps have been completed, the Admission Committee will meet to review your child’s admissions file. Families will be notified about acceptance and availability after your child’s application has been reviewed.
